How It Works

A simple and transparent process to book healthcare services at home.

Step 1: Sign Up or Log In

Customers can create an account or log in using their mobile number or email address to get started.

Step 2: Select a Healthcare Service

Customers browse and choose the required service by navigating through the main category, service category, and sub-service options available on the platform.

Example: Diagnostics → Laboratory → CBC

Step 3: Add Service to Cart

Once the desired service is selected, it can be added to the cart for review.

Step 4: Apply Discount Code (If Available)

Customers may apply a valid discount or promo code at checkout. The total amount is updated automatically.

Step 5: Review and Confirm Services

Customers review the selected services along with pricing details and confirm the request before proceeding.

Step 6: Enter Patient and Service Details

Customers complete a simple form to provide essential information, including:

  • Service details (service name, preferred start date and time)
  • Patient information (patient name and age)
  • Attendant or Next of Kin Details (name, phone, WhatsApp, email)
  • Service Location: Complete address with nearby landmark and pin location, which is mandatory

Step 7: Submit Request

After submitting the form, a confirmation message is displayed informing the customer that their request has been successfully received.

Step 8: Representative Confirmation Call

A Sehet.pk representative will contact the customer within one hour, between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM, seven days a week, to verify details and finalize the service schedule.

Monday – Saturday: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM

Sunday: 02:00 PM to 10:00 PM
